Help bring about positive change in people’s lives and in your community by demanding that drug control policies are effective in ensuring access, preventing abuse, and do not result in more pain and suffering.

How? Here are some ideas:

2. Contact your elected representative (they are followers, so help them earn their paycheck)!

Tell them:

a) Which drug control policy you are concerned about (a specific law, policy, regulation, etc),

b) What the problem is and why (e.g., interferes with people getting the medications they need, does a poor job of preventing abuse, or encourages the black market/illegal sales) and,

c) Give them some ideas on how to fix the problem or demand that the policy be evaluated and improved so that it benefits all of us.

3. Spread the word through social media about CERPSA, our Podcast (Pain Politics), and mission to improve lives. Follow us on Twitter @painpolitics

4. Start a petition. “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” -- Margaret Mead
